Omer Keilaf has spent the last 25 years driving cutting-edge technologies from inception to commercialization. As the founder and CEO of Innoviz Technologies, a leading provider of LiDAR sensing solutions, Mr. Keilaf has guided the company’s rapid growth as it raised $371 million, subsequently positioning it for its public debut in 2021 as the first Israeli company to go public via a SPAC merger.
Mr. Keilaf has overseen the company’s success in obtaining design win nominations with world-leading automotive OEMs and partners such as BMW, VW Group, Mobileye, and Daimler Truck. In 2026, Innoviz announced entering the Defense and Homeland Security markets. Mr. Keilaf has driven the company to land its first multi-million-dollar orders from a defense customer, as well as to be recognized by the Directorate of Defense, Research and Development at Israel’s Ministry of Defense.
Prior to co-founding Innoviz, Omer served as an officer in an elite technological unit of the Intelligence Corps of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). He also held senior leadership roles at several companies, including Consumer Physics, STMicroelectronics, and the IDF, where he served as the System and Product Team Manager, R&D Manager, and Project Manager and System Architecture Manager, respectively. Mr. Keilaf holds a BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
